Welcome to PHARMA HIRE. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (pharmahire.in), WhatsApp services, and our pharmacist and healthcare staffing and placement services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Definitions

“Company” refers to PHARMA HIRE, providing staffing and placement services for pharmacists, medical shop retail salespersons, and healthcare professionals. “User” refers to any individual, employer, or job seeker using our services. “Platform” means our website and WhatsApp-based services.

2. Services Offered

  • Placement of pharmacists and healthcare professionals

  • Retail medical shop sales hiring

  • Future consultancy services for clinics, hospitals, pharmacies

  • Communication via WhatsApp API and website dashboard

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. Employers must have valid registration/licensing.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration and job posting

  • Use the platform ethically, without engaging in spam, fraud, or misrepresentation

  • Employers must comply with labor laws and safety regulations

5. Service Fees

We may charge service or placement fees which will be communicated in advance. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Data Usage & Communication 

By using our services, you agree to receive job alerts, updates, and messages via WhatsApp, email, and phone unless you opt out.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account or access to services at any time for misconduct, misrepresentation, or violation of our terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee employment or hiring outcomes. We are not liable for employer/employee conduct or any losses arising from misuse of the platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform including logos, templates, text, and software are owned by PHARMA HIRE and cannot be reused without permission.
