Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Pharma Hire, operated by Sakman Health Private Limited, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for all users availing our recruitment-related services. Please read the following policy carefully before proceeding with any payment.

1. Service Activation

Upon successful payment (₹199), users are required to submit their profile details. Our team will review the submission and, once verified, the user will receive a User ID and Password, marking the activation of the plan and access to the platform.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will not be entertained once the plan is activated, i.e., once the User ID and Password have been issued.

  • Users may request a refund only if the plan has not yet been activated or the credentials have not been issued.

  • Any refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of payment or before plan activation, whichever occurs first.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Since our services are digital and customized, cancellation is not permitted once the profile is activated.

  • Users are advised to thoroughly review the service details before making a payment.
     

4. How to Request a Refund

    Include your registered email, payment proof, and reason for the request.
     

 5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
